Who We Are

The Islamic Society of Carroll County (ISCC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Westminster, Maryland, dedicated to serving the spiritual, educational, and communal needs of Muslims in Carroll County and the surrounding areas. The mission of the Islamic Society of Carroll County (ISCC) is to establish and maintain a unified Islamic center that serves the religious, educational, social, and charitable needs of the Muslim community in Carroll County and surrounding areas.
