Eshel is a sophomore in Carroll County High School and an active student at IQRA Academy, and also serves as one of the leaders of the Youth Committee. As a Youth committee leader her goal is to help guide community initiatives, support peers, foster a strong sense of connection among local youth and help making our communities better.

Shaista graduated with a degree in occupational therapy and now works as a Project Controls Specialist. She is a mother to two beautiful girls who are active members of ISCC. She is an active member who participates in ISCCs board meetings and helps organizing events and helps draft and implement new by laws and rules for governing and making sure that ISCC operations are run smoothly. She is also a teacher at IQRA Academy and conducts weekly classes for young kids to help them connect more to their faith and learn about islamic practices.

Asim is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a seasoned RF communications engineer, business manager, and entrepreneur. He brings his leadership expertise to the ISCC team as a Current board chairperson and General Secretary, where he is responsible for calling in board and member meetings, maintaining the constitution and by-laws, and providing transparency to the organization board and community members.

Hibbah is a sophomore in the Carroll County School district and an active student at IQRA Academy. She is also one of the leaders of the ISCC Youth Committee. Her goal as a leader is to connect Muslim youth and give them a platform to partner with welfare organizations to help people in need while connecting with their peers in the community.
